Must have at 4-5 years fine dining experience, be stylishly creative, an effective manager / supervisor and work well with others.
Emphasis on quality and from scratch (this is not a commutable job and is located on a beautiful resort island)
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years fine dining dessert/pastry experience, small creative production not large...
- Must have thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques, be an educator and teacher
- Must have knowledge of culinary baking and pastry preparation techniques
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends and holidays, living in a resort location
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Creativity for developing new and fresh items
- Works with latest techniques, bread, pastries, desserts, etc
