Part time intern wanted for small accessories/clothing company (Lower East Side)

My company is starting up, and I work out of my apartment in a spacious studio.
I am looking for a radical part time intern to become more than an intern someday, but, like, for real guys.

I want a motivated individual with sewing experience and basic computer knowledge and a mean creative streak.
This would be a very laid back internship for the most part, you would be assisting me with scheduling, material sourcing, scouting retail outlets, social media, and most importantly, production.
It is such a shame to think that so many of you are using your talent and paid school credit to be a slave.

Here's where my company is different:
You will gain hands on experience in the building of a brand with a small following.
your input would be welcome and valued.
You would have the opportunity to create your own job. (more on that later)
I am very laid back, keep laid back hours, and am understanding and patient.
I will offer a bonus based on the company's sales after we land a few accounts.
I have a great space to work in and it is in a great location!

We are located in the lower east side, and produce our own one of a kind merchandise by hand out of recycled and vintage materials.
You can expect to gain experience in production of small runs, shooting lookbooks and promotional materials, and helping to plan a fashion show!
A little about myself: FIT accessories design background, hairstyling background, and freelance photo stylist. If you are multidisciplinary and seek work in more than just fashion, this is also a great position for you.

This is for school credit only, but really I want someone that I can hire as soon as the funds are there to back it up. If you are a junior or senior looking to have a great job after graduation, why not build yourself a position? As we begin to produce and sell more, the need for paid employees will be there, and why shouldn't it be you if you earned it?!
