This position is responsible for overseeing the functions of our Business Operations Department, including finance, billing, human resources, and information technology. Typical tasks will include benefits management, staff counseling, general office administration and special projects as assigned. Candidates must be familiar with New York labor laws, possess strong interpersonal, communicative, and writing skills, as well as the ability to solve problems, work with minimal supervision, and attend to a heavy project load in a timely manner. Common sense, organizational skills, and basic computer skills are required. Only those with 3 or more years of experience need apply.
