Main responsibilities:
- Provide reception services including phone coverage (checking voicemail), greeting all visitors and collecting and distributing mail
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of entire office, including kitchen and production rooms
- Order, stock and organize supplies
- Manage all office vendor relationships, such as WB Mason, FedEx, and others as well as help to negotiate lower rates and track spending/budgets with each vendor
- Order and help maintain furniture, equipment and de´cor
- Facilities management including working with building management group and other vendors for facilities maintenance
- Deal with any and all facilities emergencies
- Maintain all office machines
- Manage phone and voicemail system
- Assist with office adds/moves/changes as needed
