Line Cook Position Available (Soho & East Village) (East Village)

We are looking for key players to help with new restaurant.development, system development, food cost, and staff training as well as beginner cooks just graduating from culinary school. Our team is highly motivated, fast-paced, hard-working and we are looking for people who value organization, attention to detail with the goal of delicious unpretentious food. 2-3 years NYC experience is preferred for first time lead line cook. This is a great opportunity for an extremely strong cook who is ready to take the next step into a more managerial role and also a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in all aspects of a farm based restuarant.
