We have a deeply motivated crew: we're looking for cooks who are committed to quality and who believe in the importance of doing simple things well. We focus on technique and applying it to the best ingredients the Hudson Valley has to offer.

At Egg you'll be able to work with the best products in the area - grains, dairy, meat and vegetables from amazing local producers. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team focused on creating the best food we can, and you'll be able to get a hand in every step of the process, from learning about animal butchery to putting together dishes during a busy service. We'll ask a lot from you, but offer plenty in return.

Some professional kitchen experience is required for the job, but commitment and passion count for a lot with us.
