Job Description:
- Assist in all aspects of Kitchen Operations
- Manage Full Kitchen Staff
- Manage Payroll, Food costs, Inventory, Purchases
- Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner, Late Night concept
- Work a flexible schedule
Job Requirements:
- HIGH VOLUME, MULTI UNIT, FAST PACED restaurant experience
- Multiple Unit experience
- At least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume, full service restaurant
- No more than 10 years experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
Salary and Benefits:

- Salary $45K -$55K DOE
