We have a well established concept and customer base, coming up to our 9th anniversary. We have two locations and expanding to a third. We are looking for level headed, experienced hospitality professionals that know how to work with a smile, inspire employees and strive to satisfy customers. There are many opportunities for growth within our company.
This is a great position for someone looking to learn every aspect of the business. You will work directly under and be trained by the General Manager for two of our locations.
Main Responsibilities
- Open and Close Dept. of Health Walk-thru
- Maintain FOH standards throughout busy evening shifts
- Ensure all customers receive polite, fast and delicious service
- Cut and check out servers/bartenders (Account for Money, Credit Card slips, voids)
- Liquor Inventory
- P&L Data Entry via MS Excel (Sales Mix, Labor, Invoices, etc)
- Respond to reservations requests via e-mail
- Jack of all trades - We are a small management team and expect our Managers to wear many hats
Requirements:
- 3+ years in the NYC Hospitality Industry with well rounded experience (Hosting, Serving, Bartending, Cooking)
- 1+ years NYC management experience
- NYC Food Handlers Permit (Or in the process of acquiring)
- Bilingual a plus (German and/or Spanish)
- Have a HUGE personality!
- A car/drivers license a plus
- Well spoken phone and email etiquette
- Full time availability, Nights, Weekends, Holidays
- Self starter with entrepreneurial spirit
