We are seeking a Financial Application Support Associate for our New York office. The Financial Application Support Associate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of G2's financial system Deltek Maconomy. In addition, this role is in charge of providing end user support for any system issues. Ultimately looking for someone with both a financial/accounting and IT background.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

? Ensuring data integrity across all corporate systems in the US (Maconomy, ADP, etc).
? Provide End User Support for any system related issues.
? Generate both end user and management financial reports.
? Management of internal system implementations.
? Data creation and entry for all clients, vendors and employees.
? Conduct system training for end users.

The Ideal Candidate:

? Bachelor's degree a must
? 1 to 2 years industry experience in ad agency, pm, or operations role
? Vigorous attention to detail, organization and document maintenance
? Ability to work quickly and professionally in a high-pressure environment handling multiple projects, across numerous departments at once
? Strong communication and diplomatic skills
? Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
? Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
? Strong MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel
? Strong analytical sense.
? Maconomy or any ERP software experience a plus. This could include PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.
? Basic Financial accounting a plus
? Development or IT background a plus
