Responsibilities:
? Serve as the point person for filtering and answering queries with external partners and clients; screening, redirecting, and prioritizing all incoming communications, taking action where appropriate
? Manage schedule including phone calls, meetings, and external events
? Coordinate reports and deadlines from staff and external partners & clients
? Prepare and reconcile business expenses plus other banking matters
? Secure and organize significant volume of meetings with senior level prospective clients
? Miscellaneous event planning, research, customer service, data entry, HR and projects
Qualifications:
? At least 3 years of experience as an EA to a senior executive in an innovative organization
? Demonstrated excellence & enthusiasm working as part of a team and with minimal supervision
? Able to prioritize workloads and maintain flexibility and grace under pressure
? Superb organizational, interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work effectively at all levels
? Demonstrated technical aptitude in MS Office Suite's Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Facility with internet applications, such as Google Apps, Salesforce, and WordPress
? Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
? Willingness to work outside of regular office hours as needed
? A sense of humor and ability to absorb and adjust to last minute changes without fluster
