We are looking for a groomer with excellent hand-scissoring skills to join our team. Applicants must have at least 3 years of grooming experience (references required). All the usual requirements: know all breeds, be able to lift large dogs, good customer service, etc. Cat grooming is a plus, but not mandatory. The salon is very small so there is a lot of direct interaction with clients. We have a lovely clientele who tip well. You will be working with a bather/grooming assistant.
Must be available for 3 afternoon/evening shifts a week, including weekends.
Applicants should respond with a brief paragraph explaining your work experience and why you would like to join our team. We will also need pictures of past work. Applicants will also need to complete a grooming interview in which they will groom a dog.
