Are you a top performing outside salesperson who desires to work with a premier diagnostic testing company within the construction industry?

IFTI helps Retailers, Healthcare providers, Architects and Risk Managers save money and time by reducing their risk of concrete slab moisture related floor covering and coating failures. We are expanding our sales force, and have an immediate need for an experienced Business Development Manager to further develop the greater New York region.

Position Description:
This role has the unique opportunity to represent our company by presenting IFTI's Risk Management System to mid-senior management of nationwide Retailers, Healthcare providers, Architects and Risk Managers. The result of this position is to acquire long-term, quality clients and secure specifications for the company by establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential and established clients, so that client's needs and expectations and the company's financial standards are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities of the Position:
? Identifying, researching and closing retail, healthcare & other national accounts.
? Securing architectural specifications.
? Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
? Utilize CRM program to track sales process.
? Participate in ongoing training to increase sales acumen.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
? High moral character.
? A hunter mentality.
? A strong aptitude for sales and the desire to earn based on performance.
? 5+ Years experience with retail, healthcare or commercial construction.
? 5+ Years experience selling to large regional and national accounts.
? Experienced in presenting technical information to small and large groups.
? Willingness to travel overnight on a regular basis.
? Strong, outgoing, high-energy interpersonal skills.
? Must have personal transportation with good driving record.
? Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM program.
