What you'll do:

? Drive education-based marketing initiatives for building and branding NYC's hottest tech search firm
? Create white papers & presentations (read: ability to understand raw data and transform into a simple, compelling & elegant story) - business research, industry/market analysis
? Website redesign, web content management, social media, adwords & keywords optimization strategy
? Build out/project management of new company service offerings
? Create newsletters, quarterly reports, client surveys, marketing briefs
? Track and document success metrics for all projects (deliverables, milestones, etc.)
? Contribute and grow with changing responsibilities and priorities

What we're looking for:

? Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals, establish priorities, organize resources, and develop creative solutions to operational needs
? Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills
? Driven with a high level of initiative
? Tenacious & determined
? Formidable business writing, copywriting and presentation skills
? Keen interest in data analysis and interpretation
? Entrepreneurial mentality
? Strong project management, interpersonal & organizational skills
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office to generate necessary reports, charts, graphs, slide presentations and general office correspondence and memos.
