-Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure
-Help motivate staff
-Strong leader while being a team player
-Has NYC food handlers certificate and able to follow all guidelines ensuring all health codes are enforced
-Posseses a "whatever it takes" attitude
-Computer savvy
-Minimum of 3 years line experience
