Responsibilities:
? Use social management tools to monitor client mentions across the social web and respond or escalate mentions as appropriate
? Identify key influencers and coordinate social campaigns to increase engagement and the follower/fan base for clients
? Produce regular reports summarizing social media efforts for the client translating anecdotal or quantitative data into recommendations that can be consumed by the client
? Develop and maintain editorial content calendars focusing on themes and campaigns for clients
? Author blog posts, social messages, web articles, videos and screencasts aligned with client brand
? Work closely with the clients and their teams to refine and improve the platform including Q&A, client training, client onboarding and FAQs
Required Skills and Experience:
? Education: Bachelor's degree preferably with a major in literature, writing, business or communications
? Qualified candidates will have between 0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing either on the client or agency side, with a focus in writing and content development
? Ideal candidates to have experience in the publishing industry. Our primary clientele are business authors represented by top publishing houses such as Random House, Harper Collins, Simon & Schuster, MacMillan and McGraw Hill.
? Candidates must have a thorough understanding of and experience using multiple social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn YouTube, Pintrest and others.
