Platform Services Manager
DataXu seeks a client-facing Platform Services Manager to join the Client Services team. DataXu is pioneering the next generation of advertising technology for the Internet. DataXu's goal is to transform the $25 billion online display advertising market by providing advertisers the first "buy side" automated, real-time ad-optimization platform. The platform gives brands a scalable way to improve the return on investment of display advertising by leveraging advertiser data to find, optimally price and purchase ad media via the new "real-time bidding" interfaces of Google, Yahoo, and others.
Responsibilities:
Client Management
Lead client onboarding and platform set up for all clientsProvide clients with platform training (some travel will be required)Engage with client to drive usage of DataXu PlatformWork closely with client to ensure optimal campaign set up and management to ensure their successDaily primary contact for platform clients -- providing first level support during support hoursPlatform Training
Development and maintenance of training methodology and documentationCommunicate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and outages to clientsDevelop and execute monthly webinars for advanced and new release trainingDevelop and maintain FAQs documentationPlatform Services and Support
Development, improvement and maintenance of platform customer support processes including the set up and management of a the issue tracking/ticketing systemCollaboration with Product Management and Development
Represent client's voice in product development roadmapCollaborate with Product Management to prioritize and develop detailed business requirements and user stories to drive developmentRepresent client services and clients in development/engineering reviewsLead and manage User Acceptance Testing of all major releasesWrite client release notes for all major and minor releasesRequirements:
2-3 years of working with emerging and evolving technologies2-3 years of managing or supporting clients in a software as a service environment1-3 years of experience working with interactive advertising platforms (ad serving, media planning, or buying tools, etc)Experience using DART for Advertisers, RMX and Google AdSense a strong plusDemonstrated history of managing successful ROI-driven interactive media campaignsDemonstrated history of superior client managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization and drive?
