Candidates should possess great hospitality and communication skills, as well as the ability and desire to anticipate guest's needs with a constant drive to deliver beyond a guest's expectations. You should possess good food knowledge in classic and modern cuisine, an understanding of fine-dining service, a thirst for knowledge in all things food and wine, and a winning smile that you love to show off!

New York and Michelin starred experience is a huge plus, but not the only deciding factor. The miserable, grumpy, lazy, selfish, or dishonest are better off not applying. We are a 7 Day a week, Dinner Only restaurant so you should have open availability to fit that. For the level of commitment we require this is not a good "second job" or "part-time" position.
