Litigation Support Technician/Coordinator (Midtown East)

More infoA mid-size law firm located in midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a Litigation Support Technician/Coordinator for a permanent role.

Job Requirements:

? Develop, manage and coordinate the workflow and technical related aspects of multiple litigations
? Work directly with vendors regarding pricing and job specifications
? Act as the liaison between various vendors, paralegals, IT staff and attorneys
? QC & manage work completed by vendors to ensure they are processed in a timely and efficient manner
? Create, modify and load Summation load files
? Prepare and oversee document productions
? Troubleshoot Summation database problems, ensure the software and cases are properly maintained and backed up
? Provide Summation training when needed
? Use IPRO eScan-IT to scan documents / process native files for loading into Summation
? Provide feedback regarding network / hardware requirements to properly maintain and support the litigation applications
? Evaluate new litigation technologies, attend seminars and webinars to keep up to speed with the evolving technical and litigation trends
? Provide solutions and/or direction for problems that are unable to be resolved quickly
? Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision
