More infoThe Interactive Project Manager role is responsible for the execution and tracking of all new and ongoing projects in Professional and Collegiate Sports markets from the production stage through to support on account management. The Interactive PM role leads and manages a considerable number of production engagements. The position is responsible for weekly reporting and resource planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of direct experience with digital project management. A strong teamwork mentality and proven ability to work and excel under deadlines in a result- driven environment is critical to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
? Prepare and meet all client deliverables
? Set-up and manage weekly/daily calls/communications and document all activities that come from client discussions
? Contribute to proposal building and hours assessments on client requests, RFP's, and supporting accounts
? Manage on-site and off-site meetings with/for client and production team members
? Set up and manage project calendars, kick-off meetings, and lessons learned sessions
? Communicate to EVP Sports and VP production on content, timelines, and conflicts.
? Assist in pre-production and production activities that effect studio productivity
o Wireframing, Workflow, research, etc.
? Follow through on marketing initiatives, project wrap-ups
? Use company reporting tools to generate client reports for assessment of project activities
? Attend sports industry trade shows to promote and sell IOMEDIA products.
? Participation in and development of custom sales decks and materials to support on-going sales goals.
Pre-Requisites:
? Experience in digital marketing and website development
? Experience within the sports and entertainment industry a plus; specifically team or league experience
? Experience with communications and marketing via the Internet
? Familiar with sponsorship sales and practices
? Experience in quality assurance / testing processes
? Ability to develop strong relationships with clients by gaining trust and repeated successful delivery of expectations
? Aptitude to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client
? Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of digital and interactive marketplace. How each digital and interactive element performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing
? Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems
Qualifications:
? 4 to 7 years experience in the Sports industry (Sports Management, Professional franchise, Collegiate Athletic program or Professional Venue) or related interactive/technology experience in developing interactive projects and working with creative teams and clients
? High level facility in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Doc's, Project management software.
? Demonstrated experience running engagements with Fortune 5000 clients or equivalent
? Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
